Tuesday: Helpful outside information and insights 

Share outside content (articles from other resources) that are helpful and informative for your followers. 

-If your followers tend to skew as interested in home design, share the latest home design trends and decorating ideas. 

-If you tend to have more business or finance minded followers, share content from Forbes, Business Insider, or Bankrate.com. 

-Keeping Current Matters has great real estate related content to share. 

Wednesday: Funny Posts 

People like to laugh, especially in our current world! Share memes, funny real estate stories, and things that will make your followers day. 

Thursday: Behind The Scenes

Share something happening “Behind the scenes” in your day-to-day life. The more authentic you can be, the better. 

Maybe it’s sitting at your kitchen table writing an offer, maybe it’s a photo of the house you showed today or a photo from the closing you just attended.

Your followers like to see the “real” you and are interested in what is happening behind the scenes. According to Tom Ferry International, the top performing social media posts are the ones where you are being your most “authentic self.”

Friday: New Listing

Feature a listing you currently have on the market. Here are a few tips to maximize this sort of post:
-Include photos of the house

-Add key details about the house (Beds, Bath, Sq. Footage, School District and Price)

-Add a link to the website of the listing. 

-Share the listing onto your personal Facebook page.

If you don’t have a new listing to feature, post an invitation for your followers to attend an open house you are hosting this weekend.
