  1. Breakfast with Santa Event 

Invite your clients to a breakfast with Santa themed event where they get breakfast (or keep it simpler with coffee!), a visit with Santa, and a photo opportunity. 

  1. Host a Buying & Brews Event 

Invite your database to a buying seminar at a brewery! This is such a fun way to get a group together into one central location without it being a high-pressure event. Find a local brewery with an event area, have someone on your team or your lender connection speak about the buying process, offer a drink ticket or two and some snacks, and woila!
