Spring feels well-deserved for Minnesota this year, especially with the record snowfalls, icy cold, and the overall feeling like winter might never end! Now that the snow is melting and the sun is shining, the real estate market is going to catch up to the melting ice.
Here are 3 tips for making the most of the Spring Market:
1. Don’t Stop Prospecting when you are Busy
During the spring and summer market you might feel so busy that you forget to keep marketing yourself at the top of your to-do list. Keep putting your clients needs first but don’t forget to keep building your sales pipeline so that when the leaves start turning again in September, your business isn’t influence by the slower season.
Surround Yourself with the Right Team
Who you surround yourself with matters. Make sure the resources you are offering your clients (lenders, stagers, real estate photographers, title companies, etc.) are up to par to make you more efficient and give your home buyers or sellers the best possible experience. If you have the right team around you, you can accomplish amazing things!
Make Self Care a Priority
So often when we are busy we put our own self care to the back burner, make sure to prioritize your own health and well being so that you are able to be the best resource for your clients, your families, and your community. Even if it’s just taking 15 minutes to go on a walk and clear your mind, it’s a step towards self care that will benefit you in all aspects of your life (and your real estate career!)
